By booking your floof/s in to the Floofy & Co. Grooming Studio you acknowledge that you have Read and Agree to the following:

 

Drop off - Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to your appointment without prior arrangement as this may disturb other grooms in process or we may not have adequate space to hold your floof. We also request you’re not late for your appointment as we may not have enough time to fit your groom in. Please call 0403 327 463 if you know you may be late to discuss.

 

Pick-up - Pick-up - You will receive a text message once your floof's groom is complete. We ask that floofs are picked up within 30 minutes unless alternative arrangements have been made . Please call 0403 327 463 if you know you may be late to discuss.

Arrival/ Departure - Please ensure to have your floof on leash when entering and exiting the premises. 

 

Matted/Knotted Coats - Coats with excessive Matts/Knots may incur an extra charge. Your desired groom may not be possible if your floof’s coat is matted or knotted. We will not brush out bad matts/knots as this is distressing for your floof  and can scare them off future grooms. We'll cut/shave matts & knots out as neatly as possible to give your floof a fresh start. We may contact you if cut/shave matts & knots is required. 

 

Difficult to Groom Dogs - We are dedicated to provide our services to all floof. However, not all the floofs will let us touch them or groom them and we respect their boundary. If your dog is difficult to groom we may not be able to complete your desired groom, however, we will endeavor to still make your floof beautiful. Extra charges may apply for additional grooming time.

 

Aggressive Dogs - While we are dedicated to provide our services to all the floofs in the world, we reserve the right not to groom or complete the groom of dogs exhibiting excessive aggressive behavior due to the safety of the groomer and also to prevent the potential injury to your floof. 

 

Fleas - If your dog is found to have fleas a flea rinse will be applied and additional fee's will be charged.

 

Anal Gland Expression - We do NOT offer anal gland expression, as this should be performed by a licensed veterinarian.

 

Emergencies - In the event of an emergency, in your absence, you authorize Floofy & Co. to contact the nearest Veterinarian and authorize the Vet to treat the pet as necessary at your expense.

 

Pre-existing conditions - It is your responsibility as a pet owner to inform the groomer of any known pre-existing conditions such as any medical conditions, behavior issues, allergy and so on.

Daycare - While Floofy & Co. Grooming Studio is operating out of Gabba Doggy Daycare, we are 2 separate businesses and your floof will not be going to daycare before or after the groom unless you have organized with Gabba Doggy Daycare separately for your floof prior to the groom. However, we do have crates in the studio and your floof will safely staying in the crate until you pick them up.

Payment - Payment is to be made at the time of pick-up. Payment can be cash or credit card.

 

Floofy & Co. will always do their best to protect the health, wellbeing and safety of your dog whilst on premises. You acknowledge that accidents can and do happen and you hereby absolve Floofy & Co. and its groomer any and all responsibility involving, injury, escape, damage or disease during and after their grooming appointment.
